Had the phone 6 months and had to perform a hard reset. Phone rep recommended the "Everything" plan but failed to tell me that my phone (this phone) did not support GPS, radio or TV. Phone battery compartment get very warm. ....

The screen scratches very easily. Cannot wait to be eligible for an upgrade because I'm going to get a different phone....maybe even go with Verizon next time.

The reliability of this phone is terrible. I have had to hard reset it 6 times in 2 years. Performance is OK for basic tasks. The built in web browser is terrible. No java support, without unsanctioned methods. No GPS. ....

This is a horrible phone! If you are looking for a Palm PDA smartphone, DO NOT GET THIS ONE! Get the 755p or 700p.

Have to re-boot several times a day. Like the Outlook because of ease of use with computer. With insurance, costs me $50 every few month to have it replaced with another refurbished phone. Will replace Sprint and phone when ....
