The phone looks great. Unfortunately, that is where it ends. If you have never used the Microsoft operating system you are in for a surprise? It does not work well. The phone cannot find the time when it changes time zones, and then when manually changed decides to change all of the calender events. Hard to believe a cell phone can't get the time from the tower? The bundled software? Well, the microsoft word cannot read txt files that can be read by a mac. How do they have the nerve to bundle inferior software? I think they don't know the difference between good and bad. I like to think this not just evil intent. Sprint has made the cube function self serving. You can't change the items on the cube. There is no GPS- although the phone knows where it is, or at least claims it does. Come to think of it, it claims it can sync the time. So, let's say it is a dude. If they want an iPhone killer, I think they will have to pay someone to smash iPhones, since this phone does not make the grade to replace a toy phone that does not work most of the time. Finally, in desperation, I wrote to the President of Sprint. Who sent my message to someone who provide a nice reply that said nothing and did less. So much for the phone and the new look of Sprint.
