My husband and I each have 1 going on 1 yr in July. At first they were nice (may have been the excitement over new gadget). He deployed to Iraq in August of 07 so I was using both phones. Mine froze 1 time where I had to do hard reset. His has froze a couple times and we only had to soft reset (take battery out and back in). Luckily he has never had to hard reset since he is an NCO and has whole company's #'s in phone. The keypad is decent and never had any probs other than my own fingers. Battery has never been an issue. Only other major prob is once in a while when it dies all the way trying to get it to detect car charger. This past wk we have been having issue of phone not ringning and calls going to voicemail. Not sure if this is phone or network. Needless to say we are upgrading (changing phone) in a wk when my 1 yr window opens up.
