The operating system on the centro is quite poor as it intermittantly shuts down and restarts at least 5 times per day. My wife and I each have this phone with similar problems. She has returned her phone once to receive a new one (+35.00 exchange fee for Sprint) only to have the same problems. No additional software loaded on the phones. Also, the email software corrupts its data file at least once a month where by I have to delete the logon information and redownload the messages. The battery life on average lasts less than 24 hours as we use bluetooth and check our email hourly. The camera shutter has a 1 second delay that causes blurry pics if your hand moves after the click. On a nice note, I really like the buttons and the ability to create text and email messages.
