I've had a lot of trouble with my phone. Last year it stopped working suddenly after I had used it for approx. 9 mo. I took it into my Sprint Store and they were unable to figure out what was wrong. After 10 days I received a new phone, but it was really a refurbished phone from Staples. It still had Staple's name on the registration tab. Even though Sprint (at the time) advertised that if you pay the $7 it will give you a phone to use if you have to send yours back, the Sprint Store refused to give me a loner so I was without. While the phone works ok most of the time, it has one very annoying glitch. It constantly is asking me if I want to change the time on it. I've tried to fix this problem several times, but it keeps coming back up. My previous phone didn't do that at all.

On the positive side, I haven't had an issue finding service wherever I am at. The phone does pick up a signal well.
