EVER SINCE I UPGRADE TO THIS PHONE I HAVE BEEN HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH DROPED CALLS. EVER SINCE I UPGRADE TO THIS PHONE I HAVE BEEN HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH DROPED CALLS.

All the things I was promised I could do, I have not been able to do. It never worked as my modem for my computer, I had to buy an aircard and separate phone number service for that. It never worked as my modem for my computer, I had to buy an aircard and separate phone number service for that. It shuts down at random times (usually when I am on an important phone call) and I have to wait to start it back up again. I have changed the battery with no luck. I am on my third phone since I switched to Sprint in Oct 2007 and it's Jun 2008! I never had a problem in 7 years with T-mobile! My only options are to keep getting replacement phones with a deductible or buy another phone and extend my contract. I do not want to spend any more money nor do I want to extend my service contract! I hate Sprint's Treo 755p! AND, the various tech departments I have visited told me not to use any other software, even the ones pre-loaded on the phone. So basically I have a really expensive basic phone that looks like a PDA. I am always making sure I tell everyone I come in contact how horrible my treatment has been with Sprint! Word of Mouth is how I am getting back until I wait out my contract and I don't know if I'll stop the bad reviews even then.

This is by far the worst phone I have ever had. It is slow moving from one option to another, even simple functions like calling voicemail or text messaging. It is slow moving from one option to another, even simple functions like calling voicemail or text messaging. When I dial and number and try to put it on speaker and if I don't do it at the right time during the call I will have to do it again. This definately angers me by having to waste my time and do it again. When calling voicemail and holding down the 1 key the phone sometimes takes too long to realize what is being requested and it thinks that you are a phone number and keeps adding 1 to the the list of numbers (ie:111111111....). I usually have to delete this all out and start over. When texting it takes it a while to get to the screen to allow you to type. By the time you get there you could have already written your text message. When using any of the data functions (ie: internet, yahoo tv, Live Search, etc...) it takes forever to load up).
I am so frustrated with this phone and the customer service I have received when trying to this phone that I am planning on dumping Sprint when my contract is up. Too bad that is not for another two years since i had to get a new contract with the phone. I would not waste your time or money on this piece of junk for a phone.

This phone was a waste of money.. It freezes, it does not have a good memory i have to take a charger withi me everywhere i go becuase it is dead within 2 hours.. and it is impossible to get a signal.. I want my flip phone .... This phone was a waste of money.. TDON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY. ABSOLUTY the worst phone that I have ever owned. Battery life is non existant ,will not even last a few hours before you put on the charger. Sound quality ver poor, at highest vol level still strain to hear, ringer tones very weak, signal strenght is very poor about half the signal strenght .as my old phone side by side.More dropped calls than ever with sprint. I wish I had my old phone BACK
