I researched for a phone that would be compatible with my inductively couples hearing aid, this was on the top of the list. I find some of the comments on this phone hard to believe in that it is an inexpensive cell phone loaded with features. If you want top of the line you must pay for that. The statements on poor reception are not necessarily correct in that Sprint and Sanyo put a warning label on the phone about holding the phone by the antenna area. This is something one must think about. I am pleased with battery life -- compared to previous cell phones it is better. It is functional and not too small. I have big mitts and a smaller phone would be very hard to use. We replaced our home phone and my wife's cell phone with one as well and we get better reception in the house than one that had an extendable antenna, go figure. This is a much better phone than some of the nay sayers who have commented say. It holds up very well and shows no signs of wear after one year!
