Does not work in high humidity, the screen inside will stop working and the the phone can't be used. On summer, if i let in my jeans pocket or my shirt pocket, my swet is enough for it to stop working. If I'm all swet on my cheek and answer a phone call...the swet drops from my cheek will make the phone stop working. I have to leave it like half hour under the sun so it can start working again....until my next phone call. I went to the store and claimed thinking it was bad, got a brand new one on the box, but that one had the same problem. Went back couple of weeks later and they replaced it again but had the same problem. This phone is not useful at all unless you live on a cool dry place (I'm guessing). To make it short.... I lost my money (it was way over 30 days since i bought it on January-winter time) , got a new phone (different one) and that's all I could do. My time lost trying to make it work plus visits to the store (also a repair center) to claim plus lost calls were even more expensive than the actual phone. It's just not worth it. The only thing good is that it's though and has long batt. life, but if it doesn't work, then what's the use of it then....
