Picture quality not great. Rings are so quiet, even on high, that we miss most calls. Certain areas close to home we lose signal frequently. Battery came with is very low life. We upgraded battery, much better. Like the ....

Had lots of trouble with this phone, and sprint says not there problem, they sold me a 4 month phone with a 2 year plan

not happy at all with the phone the ringtones sound distorted and voices as well no matter how you adjust the volume. Would not get another one.........

It has real good battery life, too.

this phone is pretty great. i havent had any trouble with it accept in walmart. but other then that it has service everywhere some places where cellular south dont.which is weird. theres a couple of thing that i would add but ....
