I liked the fact that in a way it has a built in mirror for quick check up. After a while it started acting up. The screen would freeze every time I would text. When texting I would try to erase a letter or a word and it would erase everything I already had there! I do get great service so I cant complain about that. I'm just waiting for my 2 years to be up because Sprint charges $200.00 for early termination! I had another phone before which froze completely so i had to get this one and they automatically gave me 2 more years that's outrageous. Now it wont want to charge. Before it had to be charged a lot I guess it's not meant to be used too much since I talk on it and text well I would always have to charge it but now it doesn't want to charge and I know if i go get another phone I'll be stuck with Sprint forever! So i guess I have to find a way for it to charge up. If you like to talk or text a lot this phone is NOT for you.

This phone is mostly used in the kitchen of the house (where most of the calls are taken) and the signal is abysmal. Sprint has told me that they are constantly updating towers, etc. Well, signal has not improved when calls are taken or made from the kitchen.
Disappointing signal = disappointing phone. However, it has been a durable phone and the flip style phone has been the best. Value is good; signal is bad.

I cannot read the display in sunlight. I have to seek shade somewhere just to see it, it's horrible!! Plus our coverage area here in Southern Arizona STINKS. In Sierra Vista, I have great coverage (Lots of bars) yet on Fort ....

i absolutely hate this phone. the only reason i have kept it is so my 2 years will be up and i can switch to verizon or something. do not buy this phone.
