The phone has terrible signal reception and transmission. Sounds are garbled. When talking to someone it's hard to hear them even when the phone is turned up all or most of the way. The ringer is not loud enough. Calls go .... The phone has terrible signal reception and transmission. Sounds are garbled. When talking to someone it's hard to hear them even when the phone is turned up all or most of the way. The ringer is not loud enough. Calls go to voice mail instead of the phone ringing. The camera does not allow you to turn on and off the flash. About all it has going for it is the color and size.

My only real complaint is the texting. I hate T9 in general, so I've never used it on any phone. BUT, my old phone would remember unique words, names and phrases, so all I had to do was type in a few letters. Oh well. My only real complaint is the texting. My signal is very good. It hasn't frozen or dropped calls, but I also checked with a friend before switching to Sprint to make sure that we had decent service. I can access the Internet quickly and with no issues. My pictures come out well too. Not sure why others have had so many problems, but after 2 months, I'm very happy.

i am already on my first replacement, and this phone broke too, it was randomly turning off. After waiting in line for 2 hours at my local sprint store, they finally took my phone to see what was wrong. After waiting in line for 2 hours at my local sprint store, they finally took my phone to see what was wrong. I got my phone back and it did NOT WORK AT ALL ANYMORE. I ask why it was worse than when I dropped it off, and they said they would do nothing! After an hour of insults from the staff at sprint, it came to my attention (via another upset customer) that they gave me back the WRONG phone. It was someone elses Katana!! I used to love SPRINT but now they are awful, I am switching to ATT ASAP!!!

The texting is slow! it can take forever just to send a simple text. The texting is slow! it can take forever just to send a simple text.
The signal is bad! My calls get dropped! My phone freezes! My phone shuts off by itself! The charging plug keeps breaking so i have a hard time getting it to charge! and sprint keeps sending me the same phone!! I HATE THIS PHONE!!
