The battery life lasts no longer then a day even if i barely use it. The phone is a brick and it vibrates violently i jump everytime my phone rings or i get a text. Sometimes my texts don't come through or the buttons don't work. The camera is terrible and always goes off in my pocket. i've gone through 3 of them in almost 1 1/2 years and i'm ready for a new one.

Horrible, all around. I shelled out 70 bucks for it, and 3 months later i'm talking on it and it snaps in half. I've never even dropped it.

This phone is quite basic and this phone caters to people who are looking for just that. In the two years I've owned this phone, it has been dropped (more times than I can count) and washed in the washing machine. This phone is tough as nails and keeps taking abuse. What a workhorse! It is a user friendly phone and served my needs nicely. I decided to upgrade to another phone (Have not selected a phone yet) and I'm sure whatever I select, will be more advanced than the PM-225. I will miss this phone and I would recommend this phone to a person who is looking for basic features without all the bells and whistles. I have been a Sprint customer for five years and I look forward to finding my next love.

I got this phone as an upsell. If I knew then what I learned from owning it I would have cancelled sprint service all the way. The phone is garbage. Always fuzzy pics no matter the quality setting. Most of the buttons stopped ....

Always fuzzy pics no matter the quality setting. Most of the buttons stopped working after a year. The menu system is sluggish. I find myself having to wait on it becuase I will end up in a different area of the menu and that can get frustrating. I hope that this phone is no longer on the market because it is garbage.
