The only thing I like abot this phone is the FM transmitter. But I didnt buy a picture phone solely for the music. About a week after I bought it the facing around the keypad cracked simply from pushing the favorites menu. My ....

About a week after I bought it the facing around the keypad cracked simply from pushing the favorites menu. My picture screen worked for a short time and now I cant see anything but fuzz when I try to take pictures. The phone is already fading in color I have only had it for 4 months and the overall quality of this phone feels cheap. But then again I have yet to find a sprint phone that felt good in my hands.

0 of 0 people found this review useful User Rating 2.5 Out of 10 this phone is not at all what i expected i asked for a phone that gets good service and that it does i also asked for some thing durable and that can be used often and in the matter of three days my screen went out so i took it back then about two months later it would just shut off and restart on its own so i brought it back then not even two weeks later it started shorting out and my lcd screen exploded and went blank and all my buttons wouldnt work any more my speaker clarity and volume sucks for being based on music i cant even hear it. sometimes the ear piece volume is even crappy i will never buy this phone again and highly recomend not buying it its a huge dissipointment unless you never touch it

The LG Muziq worked fine for 5 months and then "poof", the screen icons disappeared and there was only a white screen. Repair store ordered me a new phone and received it on Friday, would not send or receive a call on ....

Sprint is replacing it with a different make, but I am not sure I will be satisfied with it either.

i like my phone its pretty sleek but it shuts off and i have had to change my phone like 3 times already im so happy that i have insurance on it cuz this phone is not so good i usally get samsung but i fell in love with this ....

Great Music phone, but purchased music from the Sprint Store won't download to a Mac, so you're spending money to purchase music that will never transfer to your computer!
