i loved this phone i never had ANY problems with it besdies the battery dying failry quickly.
i ended up breaking the phone by accident and was told they no longer carried the phone and i could not get the same one.. ....

i ended up breaking the phone by accident and was told they no longer carried the phone and i could not get the same one.. so they "upgraded" me to the motorolla razer 2 i HATE it. its slow and takes like ten minutes to delete my text messages which is just rediculous, another thing about the text messaging is that it is supposed to save the words in a dictionary type thing that are not in the t9 word dictionary and it does not. everytime the phone is turned off and turned back on the words are no longer available. it has a pretty good camera but that is the only thing i can really say i like about it.

Standby and talk time charges are good.
Just the right amount of features.
Easily customizable

Unique - no one has this phone and I'm always getting cool comments.
Cons:
Not recommended for listening to music - battery dies quick.
On Demand service doesn't always work, but that's a service feature, not the phone's fault.
Need a special headset/power jack so not any headphones will fit. Can't keep the phone in your pock if using a wired headset - jostles too much.
Overall I'm very happy. I would not have picked any other phone and will keep this one until I one day, finally give in to the Crackberry craze.

The phone's firmware not allowing it to play MPEG4 Video via Bluetooth Headset really kills it :-(~
I did speak with Samsung Tech Support, who said that they'd forward my firmware issue to their engineers for a possible solution.
I really hope that they can resolve the firmware issue. I bought an extra battery to extend the phone's usage.
They were SO CLOSE ! ! !
