I like others, HATE this phone! I DID NOT BUY IT! It was a replacement phone through insurance. It doesn't even come close to my old phone. I called to complain that this phone is cheap, and didn't have any of the features of my old phone and they told me that the "applications" were the same. It's an MP3 player, yet no buttons on the outside to operate it, no flash for the crappy camera, no status light, no outside speakers to play your MP3s. And like others, my phone doesn't ring half the time. It gets hot, and the screens go black. Worst phone I've ever had. Makes the insurance not seem worth it.
