this phone is ok. its not the best but then again its not too bad. If your having problems with the battery it is because you have the backlight on to the highest. If you put it on power save the battery lasts for about a day ....

The pictures i get from people come in clear as long as the person who took it took the picture clear. I have no problems with fuzzines of any sort. If ur looking for an average phone this is good. If you looking for an excellent phone, get a different one.

This phone was free and, for that price, I can't really complain. In almost a full year of ownership, I've never experienced a problem with battery life. The keypad does have a cheap feel to it and I have noticed that, when standing in certain areas of my home specifically, callers have problems hearing me. This is always rectified by leaving the rooms where these problems occur. I've never experienced a dropped call and, while the camera certainly isn't high quality, I've never found a practical use for a camera phone--if I need to take a picture, I use a digital camera. This is a small, sleek, absolutely no-frills camera for the consumer that needs to make and receive calls--nothing more. If you're looking for a phone that will impress your friends (a) get better friends and (b) don't buy this phone.

Battery is just awful. Dies way too quickly and gets really hot. I can see our call tower, and it still has terrible reception and drops calls. Sprint probably made this phone free to get rid of the junk. Avoid this ....

We were assured that there were some nice games on the phone, pre-installed.
No one told us we needed a special cord to download - which is NOT sold by Sprint - and THEN go find the software? I spent HOURS looking for the free software to download graphics. Succeeded, but it is cumbersome and not very user-friendly. Our girls were terribly disappointed... and the games? Demos all... unbelieveble...
The Battery needs recharged frequently, about the only thing good I can say about this phone, is that its pretty, and as a phone - it works. The alarm works too. but I was very disappointed and we were less than impressed with Sprint's answers when we had questions. I got all my questions answered - via Internet searches... well, at least the phone works....

i love the look and feel. but when the phone turns off all the text msg's are erased. and the T9 sucks; for example i go to type no and it goes right to on. the T9 sucks, and the camera does not focus.

I have had nothing but problems with this phone, as I see almost everybody else has. I have ask to have it replaced. They ran a test and said it was ok except the batterie was bad. I have had at least 3 different batteries. ....

I got 3 of these phones in Jan 08 for my kids, and all three have their problems. Since I didn't buy the maintenence insurance for them I'm stuck with some unhappy kids and sorry phones. I can't wait for Jan 2010.

I have 3 of these phones and the same thing happens to all of them. THE BATTERY never lasts more than 2 hours at a time. Use it or don't you will need to charge it at least 4 times a day. The sound is awful if you turn it ....

This phone does not have a loud speaker for speaker phone, it echos on calls at times, the text messaging feature is not good, and the battery gets low through out 1 or 2 days with little to no use!

It's not because of the horrible battery-it will beep right after being charged too. We can't figure out why it does this. We were given this phone in order for us to keep Sprint service. I was trying to cancel because we have had terrible service with Sprint and they will never do anything about it. We haven't had the phones long and haven't had much trouble so far, but it sounds like trouble is coming. The battery life of this phone is HORRIBLE! There is no reason for this. And it is also very annoying that it does not alert you when you have a message. I am not looking forward to having this phone.

I only took it because they were out of Sanyo 3200s. I should have left it . I'm still using an old phone that went through the washer.It's still a better phone. The M300 has few ring tones on it. All boring. No games ....
