This is really a very nice phone. I've had this now a little over 2 years and have had no problems with it. Although, I have to completely recharge the battery every 3 days or so, that is not a major downfall for me.

I have tried many other tones and they all are hard to hear at times. Thank God for vibrate. The battery life has always been an issue. And the buttons are very small, especially for a guy with big fingers. I wear a size 16 ring and the buttons are a joke. And to make it even worse I paid $249 for this phone.

I am with everyone else on this phone not having a loud enough ring and having to keep it on vibrate to make sure I feel it because I sure can't hear it. The speaker phone can also be better. I'm really looking forward to ....

It is better than my previous phone but just not up to par. I have also had problems with voicemail showing up on my phone,,, I had messages left for me and didn't even know it until someone asked me why I didn't respond. What's up with that??? Is it my phone or is it Sprint?
Anyone want a free phone when I upgrade? It might a good starter phone.

This phone has worked well for me. I think the sound is very clear. The ringer could be louder. The "Status" light next to the camera lens is nice. My only compaint is the number buttons are too small, making it difficult ....

Ive had this phone for two years and it STINKS. The worst phone ive owned. The phone freezes up for now apparent reason. The screen went black on me the other day. Its hard to handle. The ringers are not loud enough.
