I have had it for 6 months and the battery goes from fully charged to no charge in less than one day. I drop calls (signal fades) from places I had wonderful service with other phones. The screen will go black/phone turns off in the middle of trying to text. Pictures look horribly fuzzy. Ringers suck and its not user friendly to set people to have different ringers. I "miss" a lot of calls because it doesn't ring then I will get the missed ring notice a hour later and a voicemail notice sometimes days later. Spend a little more and get a LG Rumor, they are wonderful!

Ear piece broke after 1 month. Only speaker worked but poorly too. Avoid this phone I have 3 with same issues.

When we bought this phone, we were told it would have great reception and good battery life. In my opinion, neither is true. On top of it all, the sound quality is horrid. Now we're stuck with both phones for another year.
