We wanted a basic configuration (we already have a camera and a radio and a CD player - we didn't need all that jazz - just a good phone). The features are quite adequate for our use but the reception and the software are ....

The features are quite adequate for our use but the reception and the software are another matter. We have frequent static, and spotty reception with missing sylables and an ocassional dropped call. And, the software is not intuitive. We have a hard time finding the feature we want to use. For instnce, the silent or airplane mode is several levels down in the menu system when it should be at the top level, and I still cant find the vibration mode.

its annoying kinda. the interface is simple and fine for whoever, but nothing good looking or nice.
kind of a cheep feeling/looking phone. But all that would be fine if it weren't for the side button.

it can go off in your pocket and call people without you noticing. unless you lock it, which sometimes doesn't work.
all together its just a pain. And uncomfy to have in any pocket at any time. large and thick..I suggest any other phone.
