ok, if you are near a tower but this phone constantly drops calls on me. will not send texts or receive but it will receive texts from sprint. just a bad phone all around.

I also really liked the phone at first. Just long enough for the 30 days trial period to be up, now I am stuck with it. The biggest problem is trying to actually use it to communicate. Two tin cans and a string would be more ....

The reception is terrible, the headset gives a muffled sound, extremely difficult to understand the person to whom I am speaking, and now it will not ring at all. Also, I took the phone to a service center, and they could not fix it. Samsung is normally a good product, but this phone misses the mark in so many ways, I would not recommend at all. It is more trouble than the money you initially save, is not worth it.

I have had this phone for two years. I have not been happy with it since day one. My wife has the same phone, same age. She constantly drops calls, and has no service. Her battery shows fully charged, but then shows one ....

She constantly drops calls, and has no service. Her battery shows fully charged, but then shows one bar when unplugged. We have not been impressed with anything on this phone other than the fact that it has never left us without a way to contact someone. The phone has a tendency to shut off all on its own. Texting seems to be okay, but there is a problem with not sending a message when the phone is "out of range" even when it shows full signal. We are upgrading to the Centro by Palm. Maybe it will make us happy.

This phone is terrible! Drops calls constantly, gets stuck on 1 screen, moves slowly, shuts off on its own, so sad...I purchased the phone Jan 2007 and it worked well for about a good 3 months and it went down hill. Please ....

I had one before this that i also had to replace every 6 months so i wish sprint would step ut their game and give customers what they pay for.
