I think that it is a great phone. Very durable. I have dropped it from chest high 6+ times even one time open face down and picked it up still working like a champ. Sure theres dings but the point is it works still. Try that ....

Interface isnt very good but its a phone not very many people have. If you like that this phone is for you.

Now, after just a little over a year, I'm so frustrated because I can't get the battery to stay charged for an 8 hour day - and that's when I don't talk on it. I've just purchased a new battery thinking that would solve the problem, but no. And when I go to the Sprint store their response is "We can't help you here." So I guess all they do now at the store is sell the phones and the accessories (not batteries though) and they send you to other locations that deal with problem phones. It's just not worth it anymore. Once my contract is up I'll be leaving Sprint.

It does what I need and it is not too hard to use or figure out. Reception is great. I can always get a signal even when others can't.

My phone's sound is horrible....Whenever it rings it is real low and I can't hear what the other party is saying...Thank God for my earpiece bc I would not have made it without it..
