this is by far the best phone that i hav owned. it has everything that i need. and the full keyboard... my favorite!! this is by far the best phone that i hav owned. it has everything that i need. and the full keyboard... my favorite!!

DC button in bad location, right where you grab the unit. Buttons are flimsy making it very easy to depress them. Extremely weak battery, not even 2 hours talk time. Extremely weak battery, not even 2 hours talk time. Some units power off by themselves indicating software bugs. Loud speaker is good, but not the ear one. Noise cancellation feature hinders more than it fixes anything. I manage an account that has 70 of these units, we are planning on switching to another model.

Compared to previous phones and other services that I had I can say that is phone is by far the best one I've had. I can do all the things that is needed for me to do.
