After a year, battery goes out. Antenna had to be replaced 4 times already....Also freezes up alot,
slow processing, and wont take a beating like other phones. It is more for like a office type person...

Also would be nice if it was sleeker. I love nextel, but this is the worst phone i have ever bought...
Also screen gets scratched if you open the phone alot..

Agreed, way over priced Tuesday, 17 June 2008 Expand
The display on my phone when closed works intermittently. This is the very worse phone I have ever had. All text message come in under media messages and I'm very disappointed in the way this phone performs.

I know most people have thier preferences when it comes to phones. What they need verses what they want. I need a phone that is very functionable, quick, long life battery and is easy to navigate. This phone was shown to me ....

I need a phone that is very functionable, quick, long life battery and is easy to navigate. This phone was shown to me at a local store witht he promise of all of this and more, I was sadly misled! The battery is my main compliant, I use my phone excessively. It never fails that by noon I have to recharge it, then by dinner it's on the charger agian. not only the battery but also the ease of access for programs, the information that accompianed this phone was not helpful, the software that came with it is not accepted by my computer so I cannot access it to edit anything this was eather. I am overall very dissatisfied by the performance of this phone and will not keep it! It is going back to Nextel tomorrow and I will resort to my old trusty i580! at least with this phone I know that the battery will last through the day!

Had this phone since it came out 2 years ago, thought I was getting top of the line, more like bottom of the barrel. All the features this model I barely use any of them. The performance is the worst thing every. It is so ....

All the features this model I barely use any of them. The performance is the worst thing every. It is so slow and hard to understand. I think it should be designed better fro the price way too awkward & bulky. I have been a Nextel customer for many years and have never had this many unkind words to say about their products. It must really be garbage.
