I am not sure what happened to everyone else's phone but after 2 years, my phone works fine. Only over the past month has it been acting up...because I dropped it. Battery life sucks even with the extended battery tho.

If your thinking about this phone read the reviews. I have had this phone for over 2years and I take it in for service every other month(and I hardly ever use the phone). I have had a lot of cell phones and used them a lot ....

I have had a lot of cell phones and used them a lot for business and Im glad this is was my personal phone and I had another phone because if I had relie on this phone I would have been SOL.

i get no reception ever. and the least this high price phone should have come with is a calculator. its a bad phone and i'm just waiting untill it completely craps out on me and then i will leave nextel for good.

Phone stinks. Worthless. Suffered for two years with this thing until it got drenched and I had to replace it. Avoid this piece of junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
