works great I never had a problem with it. I have had nextel before and it was an older one motorola i205. Nextel's customer service is pretty good I dont like ATT,Verizon, T-Mobile as i can never get reception but Nextel I ....

I have 3 of these phones. 2 were bought 1 yr ago and the other 6 months ago. 1 has completely stopped working. The other is falling apart. Nextel said o'well, buy a new one. I am so mad because of the way I was talked to. I ....

Nextel said o'well, buy a new one. I am so mad because of the way I was talked to. I was told, " you would not buy a warrenty for a car, so you should buy one for a phone." I should not need a warrenty if this is such a great phone. The only good thing about this phone is it is going in the trash where it belongs!!!! Hopefully the last remaining phone will last until I can upgrade it.

I've had to go for constant repairs on this model, and the phone itself has been very unreliable. TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is!!!
