I will NEVER buy another Motorola product. This phone constantly loses integrity when I open it to dial out and I have to take the battery out to recycle it - not good when you need to dial 911! It's hard to hear people, it echos badly, and I've been told that people cannot understand me when I leave messages. Forget the walkie talkie - there are too many people on the same frequencies we've tried - it's like being on a bad conference call with circus clowns cutting in and worse calling you back. The phone doesn't ring all the time - it constantly resets itself to vibe and I'm always missing calls because when I check settings, it shows it's on ringtone. It either loses messages or it takes too long to let me know I've got a message. Point in fact, one message was a week old before I got it and missed visiting with a dear friend who was in town for the day because the #@!$ phone didn't ring and the message came through a week later...

In a nutshell, I absolutely HATE this phone and not too sure about Sprint either. I don't know how much of the messaging and bad connection issues are the phone itself or Sprint or a whacked out combination of both - but I am definitely shopping other services for when this contract runs out and you can bet when I can afford a new phone this one is garbage (after I take a sledge hammer to it a couple of times).
