The battery is shot and I can't even get reception in my house. I called nextel about the battery and they told me they do not sell a battery for it. They want me to drive 20 miles to have the phone fixed. Come on with gas prices over 4.00 a gallon they should be having someone come pick up their crappy product.

This phone has worse reception than the regular nextels. This is why there are no more hybrids being made.

This is the worst phone i have ever had, and nextel is the worst plan i have ever been on. The phone was suppose to have an "extended" battery, but i don't think that helped. I have nothing but problems with it.

I will say that I've had my phone for a year and a half and haven't had any problems with it so far. Granted it's been dropped a few times so it does have some sratches but that will happen when it's dropped. I get good ....
