This is absolutely the worst phone I have ever had. Apparently "you get what you pay for" could not be a truer phrase in this case. I got this as a free phone. The battery dies in 2 days. When I plug it in to charge it says charging complete even though I just plugged it in. The phone book doesn't go to "J" when I type "J" into the search, I have no idea why. It has many little glitches here and there. Its always a surprise what will screw up next. It also turns itself off sometimes. I feel like samsung put so much of the money for making this phone into its look and nothing into its apps. I had this phone for a miserable 2 years and I can't wait to get $150 off on something better.
