Because not every technical issue is resolvable instantly? Agents like myself do not have god like powers in the network. There are many very good reason for this. Sometimes when troubleshooting is happening we will have to (no other choice, absolutely have to) ask someone to wait 4 hours/24 hours/48 hours for the changes made in that troubleshooting to propagate through out the network.There are also instances of network issues. what is the difference between the mm8300 and new SCP 3200?

HELLO - just replaced the mm 8300 with the SCP 3200 but havn't activated it yet ... curious to know if the 3200 is a 'newer' version of the 8300?          If the 3200 is 'newer' version of former 8300 - what are the changes, if any?                 thanks in advance

Yes you just have to do a transfer of liability (Change of Ownership) just contact care to get it setup then the other party will get a call within 5 business days

I should mention that she was smart enough to leave when she thought it seemed fishy, and didn't pay full price for the phone (which, again, I later ordered through Telesales with no problem).
