Can move your head to quick or it is gone

I'm very disappointed because i got this earpiece pair to a Mogul and people dont hear me neither I hear them, only stay in place if I am standing still, it constantly fall. I notice that must people stir at me thinking what ....

People ask how do I keep that in my ear. I tell them that it feels good and sometime I forget that it's in my ear. It's very light weight and comfortable.
