It's sound quality is okay for me, although I occasionally get complaints on the other end. My major problem is the charger base. It's great that it's chargable itself, and therefore mobile. However, the pins that connect to the device on the charger brake off very easily. I now have 2 chargers that don't work because the middle pins broke off on each of them. Obviously, now I can't use the device until I get the charger repaired or replaced.

Please do research before getting a phone! This phone is terrible!!! I would not suggest anyone getting it, the battery life is terrible..yea it looks cool but go for function over look please!! Sprint has me by the balls and ....

Unable to walk around at all without earpiece falling out. Reliability,unable to hear most conversations and other person complained "call sounded like we were talking through a tin can." Reliability, bought for bussiness and personal use, charge not sufficent for long calls.

the headset is priced high. it comes with several earpieces to help it fit your ear without a hook. none of them worked for me and several people i know have the same problem. i'd say you have about a 40% chance of this ....

Written by: hybrid240 3 of 4 people found this review useful the headset is priced high. it comes with several earpieces to help it fit your ear without a hook. none of them worked for me and several people i know have the same problem. i'd say you have about a 40% chance of this headset fitting comfortably in your ear. the sound quality was good but the volume was such that the earpiece needed to be sealed inside your ear for you to hear properly. it was very uncomfortable. the portable charger it came with was heavy and bulky. overall, the headset is neat but expensive and fitment is subpar.
