I have had the ic902 for two months now. I have swapped out the phone six times, getting ready to swap it a seventh time. I have had problems, with people that i call, not hearing me, and I cannot hear them. I have also had several diffterent problems with the camera. The phone shuts off on it's own, and also blacks out on the inside screen but the outside screen works. It also freezes all the time. My phone will be on 7 volume and it wont ring, but it will vibrate. I was on the phone for almost three hours today with Sprint, and I just kept getting the run around from at least 10 different people. The best they can do it swap out my phone for the same one, for the seventh time, just so i can swap it out again and again. I want a different model phone, that costs less, but they tell me they cannot do that, so I am no longer going to carry with Sprint/Nextel.
