Uncomfortable fit Saturday, 21 June 2008 Expand

Looks great but does not fit to the ear securely. Falls off or flops around. Sound quality in and out is poor. I quickly gave up and went back to the basic wired earbuds for more reliable sound and fit.

For a cheap bluetooth earpiece, this H500 really do the job. I've used this with Nokia E61, Sony i570 and Motorola i880. never had a problem, battery is great, volume is loud enough even in a noisy room with music and people talking. I can charge it on the wall or using my laptop's usb (just found out about this a week ago). As far as staying on the ear, this thing stayed on my ear when I ran to the terminal to catch my plane. I use the voice command a lot and it great. Other user said the button is too small, I think the button is perfect, unless your finger is really big because I can reach it with no problem + there's only one button on the top so I don't understand what the fuzz is about. I don't adjust the volume button all the time because I don' need too, just one time adjustment and it stays on that volume. Overall, I recommend this H500 because it's affordable and it works!!

This phone that I have struggled with for 3 months, is doubtless the worst phone I have had. Besides not being able to hold a charge, this phone is essentially a one-way phone. I can dial out, but incoming calls may (1) activate the ringer as appropriate, (2) go directly to voicemail, or (3) result in a "not available" message to the caller. After many hours working with sprint online and the sprint store, no solution has been offered. Sprint finally agreed to replace the phone, but now I am told that they cannot transfer the contacts file to the new phone. Much frustration and anger has been caused by this phone and attendant sprint service.
